Why are Doce Cerros Home sites larger than the lots in other projects?

  • The majority of Doce Cerros Home sites span more than an acre (4000 m2) and are suitable for such upscale amenities as tennis courts, swimming pools, outdoor entertainment areas, gardens, fruit orchards and horse stables.


How many Home Sites are there?

  • Sixty Home Sites within the 72 acre property.


Can I build a Bed and Breakfast on my lot?

  • There will be 3 lots in the project where B&B construction will be allowed.


Are there any monthly expenses to pay?

  • Yes, monthly dues will be approximately $167 per month for maintenance of project entrance, swimming pool, community center, common areas, community water system, electrical grids and roads.


Can we have a stable for our horse?

  • Lots larger than an acre can have a stable that is the same construction as the house and one horse per 1.5 acre.


Are there restrictive covenants in the development?

  • There are covenants whereby the minimum home size Is 220 sq. feet with a total of 2750 minimum living area.  Mobile Homes are prohibited. Travel and horse trailers must not be visible from roadways or adjoining properties.


Once I purchase my Home Site, who will build my house?

  • You can select one of six Doce Cerros model home designs that we will build for you or have your own customized design built by one of our recommended contractors.
