Mr. Edwards is a Panamanian citizen who has been involved in commercial and residential construction for more than 35 years.  After retiring from the commercial electrical arena in Boston, Jose returned home eight years ago and contracted the construction on his family’s lands.  He has been in the business of real estate for more than 20 years with rental properties and raw lands in both Panama and the United States.  Familiarity with the culture and the language makes Jose a tremendous leader.  His experience in the local business community as a landowner gives him access to the best local tradesmen and contractors. According to Jose, the acquisition of the project’s lands is “a dream come true" Growing up in Panama, I have seen many good things happen, but now I can make great things happen.” Jose has passionate visions for the development of the fine lands of Doce Cerros Coastal Development with its abundant foliage and wildlife, rolling hills, meandering streams, rivers with waterfalls, valleys, and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. He serves as the Project Director with direct involvement in architectural planning, site development and construction oversight.

Mr.Steven retired to Panama August 2004 after 22 years of dental practice. He immediately saw the vast opportunities in Panama that do not currently exist in the U.S. real estate market.  Panama currently has favorable tax policies, incentives for foreign investment, safety, availability of raw materials, affordable labor and growing international attention. Bruce believes “the best opportunities for real estate appreciation are here in The Republic of Panama.”  The United States returned the Panama Canal to its rightful owners in 2000. The economy, as it exists today, is in its’ infancy. The government is committed to growing the economy, increasing tourism, improving infrastructure and quality of life.” Bruce has more than 20 years experience in real estate partnerships in land, single and multi family projects in the western United States, Florida, West Indies and Panama.  As Development Director for Doce Cerros, Bruce is involved in land exploration, acquisitions and sales.

FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS

The first, with 32 hectares (80 acres) has gentle rolling hills with one kilometer of river frontage on Rio Corona. The second has approximately 22 hectares (55 acres) with hilltops and valleys that descend to the banks of Rio Corona and ends at a magnificent waterfall.
